Mike has come to my facility three times in my 2 year tenure here for inspection needs. During my engagement with Mike, he has been extremely professional and very knowledgeable in regards to equipment and the inspection process. *notable mention: Communication is key before visitors are allowed onsite. There have been times where the needed communication measures were not met (not due to Mike) and the inspection was slightly difficult to begin or denied. Mike handled all scenarios with professionalism and completed inspections with a positive attitude.
