_As a result of the March 3, 2022 fire sprinkler system inspection we propose the following: _ 5 year Internal Inspection NFPA 25 13.4.2.1 Inspection of Valves shall be inspected internally every 5 years to verify that all components operate correctly, move freely, and are in good condition. The sprinkler system will be drained and parts of the system disassembled to do a visual inspection. After the inspection, pictures will be attached to the job of the internal condition of the pipes. If it is determined that the system will need a flushing a new proposal will be sent after a site survey is performed. 1 Wet System
