Israel Miranda was a pleasure to deal with. He came to and rang the front doorbell, followed all of our Covid-19 procedures. He was efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. He switched out one of our 20 pounders in the front office for a ten pounder. He said it was overkill which is correct. It would be easier to handle for an office staff member if they needed to. Overall 5 star service.
