Efficient Document Submission

I am responsible for reviewing fire protection reports submitted to our office. I find that providing the reports by email to be convenient and fast. My only concern is that in certain sections of the computerized report the answer boxes do not line up with the questions making it difficult to determine whether of not the system is in compliance.
